Note:

Experience:
Appropriate experience in Radiography administration and Clinicom.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Providing a patient centred Radiology service by performing office administration and receptionist duties. Ensuring accurate patient statistics and patient entries in Clinicom (HIS). Effective support to supervisor and colleagues. Adhering to departmental policies, protocols and procedures. Handling of bookings and departmental workflow within the multidisciplinary team. Excellent telephone etiquette and customer care.
 
Requirement:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Written and verbal communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer literacy and Hospital Information System experience. Ability to work under pressure with excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to function under pressure and manage departmental workflow.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
