A valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence. Willingness to travel on a regular basis to facilities in the Cape Metropolitan Area. |

Appropriate office administrative experience. |

Computer literacy (MS Office). Knowledge of Health Sector HIV/AIDS and Primary Health Care Systems. Ability to communicate in two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to act independently, objectively and confidently. Ability to work under pressure, handle a high workload and adhere to deadlines. |

Provide general administrative support to the Directorate: Service Priorities Coordination Department, G2G agreement. Provide administrative support with programme logistics, minute taking during meetings and telephonic and email communications and follow ups when required. Provide administrative support with record keeping, filing and archiving. Provide administrative support with travel arrangement of staff in the department. Collect, administrate and monitor receipt of data / information for the compilation of health programme reports. |

Remuneration:

R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus 37% in lieu of service benefits.
