Computer literacy in Microsoft Package (MS Windows, Word and Excel, Outlook) proof must be attached. Knowledge of record keeping procedures, Registry and Archive policy. Knowledge and experience in Departmental systems, (PHCIS, Sinjani, Tier .net/ETR and Ideal clinic capturing). The ability to accept accountability and responsibility and to work independently and unsupervised. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |

Perform effective administrative role as a member of the Health Management Team. Record keeping, filing and retrieving of folders, tracing of old folders and compiling of new folders, destruction of folders. Effective data capturing, interpret and analyses data trends. Present data for monthly Facility meeting. Effective support to the Supervisor and other Stakeholders in line with the Departmental Leadership Behavior Charter. Effective data management and administer quality monitoring. Maintenance of effective registry plus functions. Completion of registration and updating of patient information. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience / competences that focusses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post. |

Remuneration:
|
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
