Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel). Knowledge of complaints management, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills as well as good telephone etiquette. Trustworthiness and ability to handle all information with confidentiality, be able to do innovative thinking, work independently and under pressure. |

Appropriate experience in an administration environment. |
|
|
Helpdesk duties, (including welcoming of patients and visitors to the facility, handling of all enquiries, answering of telephones and referral of enquiries). Human resources duties. Administrative duties, including drawing of inpatient lists - mid-day and midnight, administrative support to the supervisor, accurate recordkeeping. Identification and reporting of risks to supervisor. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent). |

Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (which include night duty, weekends and public holidays) and work overtime on short notice. |

Remuneration:
|
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
