Appropriate experience in secretarial and office administration in a health environment (Radiology). |

Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, Teams, etc). Good secretarial and office administration skills, including minute taking, roster making, language, organisational and communication. Ability to work independently and execute duties accurately and thoroughly. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the western Cape. Excellent conflict management skills. |

Providing effective secretarial and administrative services to the respective Manager. Perform reception duties, including dealing with staff, patients and/or visitors (telephonic and walk-in). Create, register and maintaining various databases for reporting purposes, typing and/or formulation of documents, reports and correspondence. Effective records management (hard and electronic copies). Effective meeting management (minute taking, logistical arrangements, etc). Effective use of resources and consumables. |

Relief and other related duties. Willingness to work overtime. Willingness to undergo development courses. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent). |

Remuneration:
|
R 110 193 - R 129 801 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
