Artisan Production Grade A to C (Electrical)

Inherent requirement of the job:
A valid (Code B/EB) drivers licence and willing to travel throughout the Western Cape.
 
Requirements:
Appropriate Trade Test Certificate (Electrical).
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Be conversant with the requirements of the Machinery and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
 
Experience:
Grade A: No experience required. Grade B: At least 18 years appropriate/recognisable experience in the area after obtaining the relevant Trade Test Certificate. Grade C: At least 34 years appropriate/recognisable experience in the area after obtaining the relevant Trade Test Certificate.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Perform standby duties. Perform necessary administrative functions. Control over tools and materials. Train and supervision of subordinates. Assist with the execution of engineering projects/repairs at hospital and the institution. Maintain and repairs of electrical installations and equipment at health institutions within the Western Cape Province. Assist Artisan Foremen/Chief Artisan with their duties.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
Grade A: R 193,512-R 214,770 per annum, Grade B: R 227,943- R 252,984 per annum, Grade C: R 266,109 - R 329,580 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
