|
Ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Knowledge of the Quality Assurance frameworks as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Understanding of healthcare legislation and related legal and ethical healthcare practices. Advanced Computer literacy (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). |

An appropriate 4-year Health related National Diploma / Degree or equivalent, registrable with a South African Statutory Health Professions Council or South African Nursing Council. |
|
|
Appropriate experience of quality related aspects in Health Services. Appropriate managerial experience. |
|
|
Management of Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement and Risk Management within the framework of Clinical and Corporate Governance. Ensure compliance to all QA related policies and Ideal Hospital Framework. Facilitate the development, implementation, evaluation and reporting of quality improvement plans. Compile management reports and provide statistical data as required. Manage, evaluate, report on and respond to consumer input. |

Remuneration:
|
R 382 245- R 450 255 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
