Provide efficient effective and accountable Social Work supervision consultation and management services Participate in the management of Social Work services and support institutional management structures/ persons Participate in training and development. Mentor and supervise social workers and students. Participate in research. Community outreach and public appearance. Maintain and participate in multi-disciplinary teamwork. |

Registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP) as Social Worker and proof of payment of registration for 2022. |

|
Supervisory and managerial skills in health related social work, Ability to communicate effectively on all levels in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Good administrative, presentation, crisis management risk management and computer literacy skills. Willingness to develop self and supervisees and the ability to mentor staff. Knowledge and/or experience in managing project projects, Experience in supervision and consultation of medical social workers and"or social work students. Experience in training, presentation and multi-disciplinary teamwork. Experience in supervision and consultation of medical social workers and/or social work students. Remuneration:
|
Grade 1: R 389 991- R 452,106 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
