Appropriate practical experience in Information Management in a health environment. |

Knowledge and experience in departmental systems, SINJANI; BI, Clinicom, eCCR and Ideal health facility. Proficiency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access). Understanding the Ditcom process and Information Technology. Training Skills. Ability to accept accountability and responsibility to work independently and unsupervised. |

Perform administrative role as a member of the information management team and participation in health information coordinating activities. Collect, collate, compile data, validate data, analyses data trends, ensuring proper data flow, data quality monitoring and preparing and data reports for meetings. Capture data on the respective systems and have knowledge and experience in effective patient folder management. Local supervision of clinicom, Ideal hospital facility database, computer hardware, software issues and IT related queries. Support to Facility Manager and administrative relief duties. |

Senior certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject and/or Senior certificate (or equivalent) with experience /competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas KPA’s of the post. |

Remuneration:
|
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
