Be responsible for sub-district data management in conjunction with the Sub-District Management Team as well as system implementation and system management. Be responsible for the Monitoring, Evaluation and Interpretation of Health Data on Sub-District level. Assist with the development, interpretation and implementation of policies, practices and procedures. Develop, communicate and implement Strategy & Plans in conjunction with the Sub-District Management Team. Play a supportive role to the District Office with regards to monitoring and evaluation of health information systems on Sub-District level. Be responsible for the management and development of Human Resources as well as supervision in this regard. Ensure the effective usage of stock and resources. |

Knowledge of all applicable health information systems utilised in the Western Cape Health Department. Computer literacy (MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Good management, leadership abilities and presentation skills. Working knowledge of Clinicom, Sinjani, PHCIS and National and Provincial Indicators. Ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |

Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence. Willingness to travel. |

Remuneration:
|
R 321 543 - R 378 765 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
