Administration Clerk: Supply Chain Management (Asset)

Experience:
Appropriate experience in Asset Management Appropriate experience in LOGIS.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy (MS office). Ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Good communication skills. Sound knowledge of PFMA, National and Provincial Treasury Instructions, and Legislation pertaining to asset management.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Effective maintenance of assets and systems and of the asset register. Controlling movement of assets and disposal of assets. Assist with the compilation of the Annual Financial Statements. Follow up all outstanding transactions. ICN and Item Record Maintenance.

Note:

Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas of the post.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
