Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Good computer (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and numeracy skills. Organisational and good interpersonal skills. Good interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines. |

Appropriate experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KRAs) of the post. |

Assist with GG Transport protocol and procedures within the sub-directorate. Assist the sub-directorate: People Management Compliance and Training with HR specific Admin functions, i.e. checking of leave, attendance registers, cell phone, Subsistence and Travel claims and payslip administration. Render an effective support function to the manager, i.e. Perform advanced typing, organizing and managing of filing system. Rendering administrative support service with regard to the daily functioning of the sub-directorate, i.e. ordering of stationery and office equipment, delivery of post, managing bookings for boardroom, arrange logistics/ refreshments for meetings and formal training sessions etc. |

Remuneration:

R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
