Knowledge and skills of the PERSAL salary system. Sound knowledge of human resources practices and prescripts. Computer literacy (MS Office Package, MS Outlook, PERSAL). |

Responsible for the people management administration section for Head Office. Monitoring the effective and efficient administration of personnel matters; re appointments, salary administration, all general service conditions such as leave, housing, pension, overtime, all other allowances and PERSAL function. Administer all terminations of service. Handle OSD, SMS, MMS and salary adjustments. Perform leadership and control activities within the section. Perform sample audits to ensure compliance in terms of AG requirements. Handling of ad hoc requests and investigations. Investigate grievances and assist with disputes. Provide informal training with regard to people management administration matters. |

Remuneration:
|
R 321 543-R 378 765 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
