Administration Clerk: Support (Contract until 31 December 2021)

Experience:
Appropriate hospital experience. Appropriate Clinicom experience.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy (MS Office). Knowledge of office administration. Knowledge of stationery ordering. Knowledge of hospital information systems (e.g. Clinicom). The ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to act independently, objectively and confidently. Ability to work under pressure, handle a high workload and adhere to deadlines.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Manage the admission, transfer and discharge of the patients on information systems. Ensure continuous ward support. Ensure ward patient statistics. Ensure patient folder management. Manage and control clerical/administrative service. Manage ID compliance.

Remuneration:
R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus 37% in lieu of service benefits.
