All Shortlisted Candidates will be subjected to a Mortuary Walk-through. No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post. Candidates will be subjected to security clearance prior to appointment. Only Officials employed within the Provincial Government: Western Cape will be considered for this post. |

Appropriate experience in a Forensic Mortuary Environment. Appropriate administrative experience. Appropriate experience in ECM and FPS System. |
|
|
Effective control of reports and statements, during and after the Forensic Mortuary process. Efficient and effective processing and filing of documentation. Effective processing of Unknown Corpses and Pauper burial applications. Effective control of property of deceased persons. Effective control of specimens. An effective support to the Manager: FPS Laboratory. |
|
|
Good verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to work in the vicinity of corpses (mutilated, decomposed, infectious viruses etc.). Appropriate knowledge in docket processing. Computer literate (Ms Word and Excel). |

|
Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (or equivalent). |
|
|
May be required to work overtime. |

Remuneration:
|
R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
