Administrative Officer: Human Resource Development (People Development: EPWP and Wellness)

Experience:
Appropriate experience in people development.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent planning and organisational skills. Ability to analyse and interpret reports and data. Good interpersonal relations and communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Effective and efficient coordination of skills development and related programmes pertaining to the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP). Effective planning, implementation and monitoring of expenditure and reporting of skills development and related programmes pertaining to Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP). Manage, implement and maintain the PEAP programme for the districts. Facilitate, coordinate and maintain Health and Wellness strategy directives in the districts. Facilitate, coordinate and maintain change management strategy directives in the districts.

Requirements
Senior Certificate (Grade 12) (or equivalent).
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Valid (Code B/EB) drivers licence and willingness to travel.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 257 508- R 303 339 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
