Administrative Officer: Human Resource Development (12 Month Contract)

Experience:
Appropriate experience in Human Resource Development.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the human resource prescripts in the Public Service.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Effective and efficient HRD skills development administration i.e. Bursaries, EPWP project, AET etc. Effective administrative support to the MHS: Human Resource Development Section i.e. Compilation of the WSP. Draft correspondence, filling and maintenance of records. Render administration support in respect of training inventions. Capture of data and maintenance of databases.

Grade 12/ Senior Certificate (or equivalent).

Inherent requirement of the job:

Remuneration:
R 257 508- R 303 339 per annum Annual salary plus 37% in lieu of service benefits.
