|
Appropriate supervisory experience within a scan centre or similar environment. Appropriate Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and KODAK scan experience. Appropriate Clinicom experience. |
|
|
Ensure effective Human Resource Management within component. Ensure preparation of episode folders for scanning and deal with emergency requests for finalising of QA process. Follow-up on outstanding folders in wards. Management of off-site storage. Provide technical user support to internal and external users. Undertake production duties in the scan centre. |
|
|
Knowledge of data capturing, preparation, scanning, indexing and quality assurance of files in an Electronic Content Management environment. Knowledge of the Western Cape Archive Act. Good communication and interpersonal skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook). |

Valid (code B/EB) driver's licence. Willingness to work overtime when required. |

Remuneration:
|
R 257 508 - R 303 339 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
