Requirements:

1. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Supply Chain Warehouse Controller is responsible for the efficient co-ordination of smooth flow of material from the mine's main warehouse to the HOPs and end users:

WORK OF ROLE Agrees standard delivery schedules with the supervisor Liaises with customers on urgent and emergency orders Ensures operational efficiency at the site Interacts effectively with customers and supply chain colleagues Ensures Delta system integrity Handles material in safe manner Operates effectively in safe management Stock counts Identify opportunity to improve operations Human Resources and Employee Relations alignment
3. QUALIFICATIONS • Grade 12 • N6 in Financial Management / Business Management / Management Assistant
4. EXPERIENCE Minimum of 6 – 12 months experience within a materials management environment in a large operation, utilizing supply chain management system
5. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS • Valid driver's license • Relevant Materials Handling Equipment licence • Fully trained and experienced to accept responsibility after a three-month Induction programme
