Requirements:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Operator: Time and Attendance is responsible for efficient and accurate administration of time and attendance input and output - to the prescribed standards.
WORK OF ROLE
- Badge making and card sequence update
- Apply system and access control during safety drives, that de-zone and zoning employees, and draw the reports destined for DMR stamp and sign all
received input documents and all processed documents
- Apply system and access control during the section 54 by de-zoning and zoning employees
- Visitors take-on
- Pre - authorizations
- Badge making and card sequence update
- Employee zones update - access control by allocating zones and sequence
- Level control - regulating the clocking times for safety reasons
- Parades input
- Receive calls logged to central, assist with logged calls and log calls to personnel on standby
QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 12
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1-year time and attendance system operation experience
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Computer literacy for role; time and attendance system
