Requirements:
|
1. Purpose of Role
-Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum is offering P1/P2 experiential learning to students who require experiential exposure to complete their qualification. The programme offers work integrated learning opportunity for students to gain exposure to the work environment as part of their qualifications.
2. Work of Role
-Maintaining consistent performance
-Taking ownership of their work
-Initiating development discussions
-Seeking feedback
-Adhering to the company’s conditions of employment, policies, and code of conduct
3. Qualifications
- Grade 12 - with a pass rate of 60% and above in all subjects
-Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Metallurgical Engineering
-Must have obtained an average of 60% in all major modules
4. Documents to be submitted
-Certified South African Identify Document (SA Citizen)
-Letter from the Institution indicating the need for P1 / P2 exposure
-Certified - Academic Record
-Certified - Proof of residence
