Requirements:
|
1. Purpose of Role
-Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum Mine is offering graduate development programme to a person who already obtained a qualification in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering. The programme offers a practical work-based training to enable graduates to adapt effectively in the world of work and to be employable at the end of their training.
2. Work of Role
-Maintaining consistent performance
-Taking ownership of their work
-Initiating development discussions
-Seeking feedback
-Adhering to the company’s conditions of employment, policies and code of conduct
-Participate in continuous improvement projects
-A graduate will be required to work shifts
3. Qualifications
- Grade 12
- BTech or Degree in Extraction Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
4. Comments
Preference will be given to applicants staying near or around Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum Mine
