Requirements:
|
1. Purpose of Role -This is an operational role within the human resources structure and responsible for the maintenance of human resources practices and systems within an operational area to achieve work outputs. This may occur within the areas of manning (M4S), employee relations, development, and information management or general human resources projects.
2. Work of Role -Maintaining consistent performance -Taking ownership of their work -Initiating development discussions -Seeking feedback -Adhering to the company’s conditions of employment, policies and code of conduct
3. Qualifications -Grade 12 - Advance Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management / Labour Relations / Industrial Relations
4. Comments Preference will be given to applicants staying near or around Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum Mine
5. Documents to be submitted: - Certified – Valid South African Identity Document (SA Citizen) - Certified – Completed Qualification/ Transcripts -Proof of Residence
