Requirements:

1. Purpose of Role
-To provide students with the required workplace environmental management exposure at the operation which integrate institutional learning and workplace experience. Internships are a proven way to gain relevant knowledge, skills, and experience while establishing important professional networks in the field. Internship are also a way to get hands on experience and find out if a specific field is something you could see yourself doing full-time.
2. Work of Role
-This role is to assist the Environmental Officer with the responsibility for the day-to-day environmental management system, environmental incident identification and investigation, assisting with environmental impact assessments as required, assisting with sampling and interpretation of environmental data and assisting with environmental awareness training. To provide students with the required workplace environmental management exposure at the operation which integrate institutional learning and workplace experience. Internships are a proven way to gain relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
3. Qualifications
-Grade 12
-Diploma / Degree Environmental Management / Natural Science / Geology
4. Comments
Preference will be given to applicants staying near or around Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum Mine
