1. Work Output Description
- Ensure compliance to Legal requirements and Management specifics, and the completion of records pertaining to their area of responsibility, as stipulated by the regulations.
2. Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 /Matric certificate or Equivalent
- Blasting Certificate of Competency
- Mine Overseer Certificate of Competency
- 3 years’ experience as Shift Supervisor
3. Advantageous
- Acting as Mine Overseer
- 3-5 years’ experience as Senior Shift Supervisor
