Project Administrator (Junior)

Qualifications and experience:
Matric
A relevant tertiary qualification (NQF Level 4)

A min of 1-3years relevant administrative and/or secretarial experience

 
Responsibilities:
Draft and execute documentation and correspondence
Typing of minutes, memorandums and various reports from handwritten drafts
Provide admin support with tender documents and project administration
General administration duties (filing, emails, binding of documents etc.)
Composing tender proposals
Manage and maintain project databases
Client liaison
Travel arrangements and bookings
Meeting arrangements and preparation
Project management and administration skills
Report & minute writing ability
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
 
 
Requirements:
Advanced level of MS Office (Word / Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook)
Remuneration:
Negotiable and based on the candidates qualifications and years of relevant experience
